I have been teaching English and French for eighteen years and have been an AP Literature teacher for thirteen of those years. Prior to that I traveled the world with my parents who were also educators; we lived in Kuwait, Paris, Pakistan, and the Philippines. I have taught the gamut of classes from French 1 - French 5, AP Literature, Literature & Film, Mythology, Contemporary Literature, and Creative Writing. Those years and those experiences have revealed my love of teaching cultural differences and poetry. I am passionate about giving students the opportunity to re-envision their perspectives and beliefs in the hopes that they will leave my classroom better global citizens and more introspective young adults. I am excited to share my passion with you!
